How much is shipping?

Australian:

  • FREE Aus-wide standard shipping for orders over $89
  • Orders under $89 will incur a flat standard shipping fee of $7
  • Express shipping is available for a flat fee of $12
New Zealand: 
  • Flat standard shipping fee of $14

How long will it take to receive my package?

Australian:

  •  Express shipping: 1-3 business days
  •  Standard shipping: 2-10 business days

New Zealand:

  • Standard: 10-15 business days 

Can I change my delivery address or cancel my order?

Unfortunately we cannot cancel your order or change the delivery address once the order has been accepted and dispatched by our team. We encourage you to please double check your delivery details at the time of checkout.


Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds or returns for change of mind or satisfaction guarantee as everyone’s skin is unique and results may vary for each individual.


What’s your return policy?

We offer returns or replacements for any damaged or missing items.


Please email us a photo, along with your order number within 14 days of receiving the product at support@fadeskincare.com.au. Our team will determine if a refund or replacement is appropriate and advise you of the next steps.

  • Items must be returned in their unused, original condition for any refunds to be applied.
  • Refunds are not applicable on sale items or on shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the sender.
  • Please allow us 14 days to apply the refund back to your original method of payment.
  • We don’t offer refunds or returns for change of mind or satisfaction guarantee as everyone’s skin is unique and results may vary for each individual.

I placed an order but I haven’t received an order confirmation email?

Please ensure you check your junk/spam folder for any communications from us and ensure you have provided us with your correct email address.

Are your products safe for pregnancy?

Absolutely! Our ‘serum’ is a very gentle, yet effective formula for brightening up your complexion. Our ingredients are completely safe to use during pregnancy. Please check with your GP if you have any major concerns and discontinue use immediately if you suffer a reaction.


Can your product be used for male skincare?

Absolutely! Our brand is designed to suit male and female skin. If you’re concerned about hyperpigmentation or dull looking skin then our ‘serum’ is definitely for you.


Can I use your product if I have eczema/rosacea?

Our ‘serum’ is suitable for sensitive skin and different skin conditions such as eczema/rosacea. However, we do recommend that you do a test patch on your arm first in case you have a reaction. Please check with your GP if you have any major concerns and discontinue use immediately if you suffer a reaction. 


How often should I use your product to get the best results?

We recommend using our ‘serum’ twice daily. Apply to the skin after cleansing, wait for it to dry then follow up with moisturiser and SPF when used during the AM.

Please give our ‘serum’ at least 4 weeks to see visible results!


What is the shelf life of your products?

Our ‘serum’ has a shelf life of 18 months. Please store your products in a cool and dry environment.
